FRIDAY APRIL 23
Meet and Greet 6:30pm to 7:00pm
First session 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Break 8:00pm to 8:30pm (snacks will be served)
Second session 8:30pm to 9:30pm
SATURDAY APRIL 24
First morning session 9:00am to 10:00am
Morning Break 10:00am to 10:30am
Second morning session 10:30am to 11:30am
LUNCH (provided) 11:45am to 12:45pm
First afternoon session: 1:00pm to 2:00pm
Afternoon Break 2:30pm to 3:00pm
Second afternoon session 3:00pm to 4:00pm

First morning session 9:00am to 10:00am

(the second morning session will include worship music and communion)
This hotel is only 1 ½ miles from the site of the conference. It is very reasonably priced —King bed room is $59 — a great value; the rooms are nice and clean. Other hotels are available but are more like 4 to 5 miles away and not significantly different quality than this one.
