Update: Beauty for Ashes Florida Conference - March 12-14, 2010

Basic Training Bible Ministries is pleased to announce the third annual conference in South Florida March 12 - 14, 2010. Gene Cunningham will review God's provision for those in affliction. Isaiah says "The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, ... to comfort all that mourn; ... to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified." This year we will be at the Embassy Suites Hotel, right on the beach in Deerfield Beach, Florida. If you want to lodge at the conference location, please make a reservation directly with Embassy Suites. There are several rooms still available are under the name “Gene Cunningham/Lighthouse Christian Youth Ministry”. This is the height of the Florida tourist season and the prices are very good 199 dollars not including parking fees and taxes. Note that all rooms come with complimentary daily buffet breakfasts. The conference room is called the “Martinique.” Signs will be posted in the lobby of the hotel.

Meeting schedule as follows:
Friday evening (March 12th): total of 2 sessions. Meeting starts at 7:30 PM and we have the room until 10:30 PM. This will likely include 2 sessions with a break. Snacks will be served with coffee, tea, and other drinks.
Saturday (March 13th): total of 4 sessions. Meeting starts at 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM with a break at noon until 1:00 PM for lunch. This will include 2 sessions in the morning and 2 sessions in the afternoon with a breaks. Buffet lite breakfast foods in AM. Buffet lunch will be served at 12:00 PM until 1 PM outside in the patio weather permitting.
Sunday (March 14th): total of 2 sessions. Meeting starts at 9:00 AM until 1 PM with breaks Buffet breakfast provided in the AM.
